I Am From the Suitcase - and it starts a blog.

There was an all call to teachers at my school to contribute our own "I Am From" poems for a school poetry book. I whipped one up and shared it with a few friends. 

My amazing friend, Ann Terry, suggested that when I created a book of poetry...I should name it The Baggage Claim.  It sparked an idea to create a blog about my random musings...maybe poetry, maybe observations from my trips, or maybe some product reviews.  

And, even though my poem isn't about a trip, it's a bit about me as a traveler, so I thought I'd share it...http://bit.ly/thesuitcase
