Find a grocery or convenience store at the cruise ship port, and buy a six pack or eight pack of bottled soda. (I like the bottles so I don't have to drink it all at once.) Pack this in the extra bag you packed and use one of your luggage tags for it.
The cruise ship soda card can cost a lot of money. You can get glasses of ice at anytime on the cruise, and you are allowed to bring your own soda...even if it isn't advertised.
